How To Use
- Add aqua seal to your brush one drop at a time until it is saturated with liquid
- Use that saturated brush to apply eyeshadow, star lit powder, metal powder, diamond powder or glitter
- Is applying to the eyelids, wait until the product is completely dry before blinking
- Be sure to clean your brush immediately after use to prevent the product from hardening within the bristles
